Refunds and replacements

Short version: digital downloads are final sale. If your paperback shows up damaged, misprinted, or not at all, we send you a new one for free.

Ebooks and digital downloads

The ebook and the printable toolkit pack are digital, so all sales are final. If a download link doesn't work, email us and we'll send a fresh one.

Paperbacks

Every paperback is printed to order. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right with a free replacement:

• Damaged or misprinted: email a photo within 30 days of delivery. No need to send the book back.
• Never arrived: if it hasn't shown up 30 days after it shipped, let us know and we'll send another.
• Gift copies for your title agency are covered the same way.

Because each copy is printed just for you, we can't take returns if you change your mind. If an address was entered wrong at checkout, we're happy to reship, and you cover the new shipping.

Canceling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If the printer hasn't started on your copy yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing starts, we can't cancel.

Shipping times

Paperbacks usually arrive within one to two weeks. If we can't ship your order within 30 days, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
