These terms cover using closedtogether.com and getting or buying Closed Together. The site and the book come from 247 Closers LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Free copies for title agents
Free paperbacks are for title agencies in the US, one per agency and per address, while copies last. We review requests and may decline any of them. A free copy doesn't sign you up for anything.
Buying the paperback
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.
- Paperbacks are printed to order and shipped to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, or we can't fill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- Replacements, refunds, and cancellations follow our refund policy.
Gift copies
When you send a gift copy to a title agency, use a business address you're comfortable sharing with us. We'll mail the book with a note saying it came from you.
Ebooks and the toolkit
The ebook and the printable toolkit are for your own use. You can use the toolkit pages in your own business, fill them in, and print them as often as you like. Please don't resell them, post them publicly, or share the files with people who haven't gotten their own copy.
Who owns what
Closed Together, its text, artwork, and toolkit are copyright 247 Closers LLC. Quoting short passages with credit is welcome.
Not legal advice
The book and toolkit share practical experience from both sides of the closing table. They aren't legal advice. Notary rules and fees vary by state, so check your state's requirements before you rely on anything here.
The fine print
The site, the book, and the downloads are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything related to an order is limited to what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date below. Changes don't apply to orders already placed.
